Spag (nprofile…fd7p) The degree to which it is illegal in the states is much higher than people think. It mostly comes from a misunderstanding of the DOST test and how courts handle it. Very few things in this side of the pedi wall are actually illegal in the US.
I can’t speak for Brazilian law. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if there were similar misunderstandings in play.
