I feel like my brain has been glitching recently. Maybe I'm going crazy. I'll be going about my day and then *glitch* my brain plays out something absolutely horrible in my mind's eye. All around my children getting hurt. 😭 I don't want medication, I have to either mentally or physically shake myself and focus my brain elsewhere really hard to stop the images. Postpartum is a beast of its own.
