Just finished canning 150 pints & 40 quarts of whole peeled Roma tomatoes (with more coming in).

Enough fresh garden salsa, pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, soups, etc. to last my family for a year. All accomplished with 12 Roma plants and 50% of my greenhouse space. Peppers starting to come on on the other side.

I need a bigger greenhouse ya’all!
