IDK if it's sacrilege but these little electronic players that play Buddhist chants are like magic for daily cleaning. Get home and put on the chants and clean for a time. The chants sort of stretch and compress time: make the whole process more pleasant. It's basically a small MP3 player, with a few "popular" chants preloaded.
There are similar devices that play the Bible but I don't see that making me meditative and gently focused on doing mundane tasks well.
