I ate shit today.
I stumbled out front of my apartment and tried to regain my footing but kept slipping on the bark then went face first into a brick wall.
My knee went into the cement then I think my shoulders hyper-extended.
I have a couple cuts on my nose, graze on my head and nasty 'carpet' graze on my knee from my pants.
I am alive, no concussion or extreme damage but I am in pain.
