It makes so little sense to think scientists are pushing the concept of climate change for personal gain. Who do they think is paying them off to do so? If I was a shameless climate scientist prepared to say anything for cash, I'd be getting paid off by fossil fuel companies to cast doubt on climate change, since they're the ones with the money and the motivation! Gah, why don't people THINK?!
