The way that people doing the best and boldest research work in addressing equity gaps and improving real student outcomes for the most vulnerable are already having to meet to say well, what will we do when the campuses won't support this, when the funders won't support this. How do we navigate an impossible thicket of fear. What will we do when conferences won't have a track for this. Our societal knowledge is fragile and it's made by people, not magic.
