#GM, and Eid Mubarak. Having some steak and kidney pie for breakfast. Not gonna lie, once I smelled the raw kidneys I was not hopeful, but once it's all been cooked together this end result is pretty tasty. Had a schedule shift this week, and as Sunday counts as the end of the week I'm looking at a 6 day workweek (I normally do 4) so wish me luck on the sanity front. Haven't pulled a 50 hour workweek in a good few years since I was covering the whole front of house in a restaurant. We'll see if these old bones can take it.
