So I heard Jack Spirko's recipe for keto "bread, pizza dough, tortillas" using a waffle cone maker. Unlike a regular waffle maker, the end product is thin. I'm very happy with my first attempt! It's pliable, so you can fold it over and use as a taco. I plan to make breakfast tacos, fill them with bacon, eggs, and lots of other stuff. The possibilities are endless. Maybe use them for mini pizzas. Totally keto too. The recipe:
1 egg (beat first)
1/4 cup pork rinds
1 Tbsp butter, melted
Mix all together and cook in waffle cone maker. Thats it! #grownostr #foodstr
