If by "good" and "relatively-normie" you mean that the admins won’t ban you for having an opinion, but there aren’t black suns on the public timeline, then no. At least not any mature non-anime server.
Why not host another instance with a non-political domain name? I recommend you take a look at snac2. You don't need more for a single-user instance.
