Good episode and interesting talk about those copyrights.
You talked about how Bitcoin Standard has been sold as paperback without knowing it, because someone else published those on Amazon.
Would there be any difference if you would f.ex. publish Bitcoin Standard for free on a website where everyone who visit the site could read the book there. But someone else would then translate it to a different language, but host it on a different website?
What if the author would also be mentioned and referred to the original website where the book is hosted at.
Would that still count as a violation on copyrights?
