Yo! Joe! on PC was a bitch to crack. With self modifying code it was not really possible to detect the copy protection check points and boy, they where all over the game.
Therefore the most efficient way to make it "fully working" was to play the whole game (including secret passages and stuff) with a debugger in the back. The moment the game crashed was the moment you knew where to set your break points. ...or so I was told.
Would be interesting if they invested as much info the Amiga version.
