True, my surprise is that Estonia is usually "shilled" as a "libertarian" country, that's what I hear in Brazil at least, but what it sounds like is indeed just a "modern" government that got with the times digitizing everything.
I guess there's the lesson to other governments, just don't give people reasons to escape
