Walked to shops, walked home, 2.7k. Yay! Anything over 2 is a bonus. Credit to COVID lockdowns, when GP told me to walk whenever possible, instead of public transport. Difficult at first. Now it’s my superpower; want to keep going as long as I can. 🚶♀️😃😁
