Am I correct that you would not have corporations without the state? You have to register with the state in order to not be treated like an individual with your own reputation and merit, limited liability. Legal protections that created monopolies. Government regulations that remove capitalism. You should be able to open your own McDonald's and if your burgers taste better at a cheaper price than so be it. Corporations, patents, and intellectual property is socialism.
