Please spare me the lecture about the morality superiority of free or open source software. I've been around for a while. Google me. Whatever you've got to say, there's an excellent chance I've heard it before.
Right now, in 2023, for photographers, the choice is between propriety software of something that doesn't work very well. I don't *like* that reality, but denying it doesn't help me make good photos.
