Quick reminder to anyone upgrading from 0.9.x to 0.10.x (does not apply to fresh installs).

As part of the upgrade process please merge changes from `bastille.conf.sample` to `bastille.conf`. Otherwise your jails will not operate as expected.

Making changes to the config is something we avoid when possible, but the improvements in 0.10.x warranted the change.
