The TOS scam in general should stay in 2024.
It would be nice if there is someone willing to work on a Nostr media uploader that deletes all content posted in a certain amounts of days.. weeks etc.
Only the selected content by its users get a back up and fall under the premise of a TOS.
I know that from a legal perspective it is important for all the platforms that utilise the content to uphold their TOS for legal repercussions.
I think there are various methods to still uphold content uploading (Like NFTs or inscriptions) while giving the users the ability to not lose their IP rights by agreeing with a standard TOS.
Think outside box.
