Sometimes I feel like that when I'm about to get my period...my pelvic floor feels heavy and bloated...and if I cough when it's like that, sometimes I feel a sharp pain. I can't explain why for sure, but it always coincides with my menstrual cycle. Maybe PMS symptoms.
