This has to be stupider than the EU one. Sure Apple is more dominant in the US than elsewhere in the world, but that doesn’t give it a monopoly. The market is competitive and Apple are on top because people have made a choice.

This looks like another attempt by competitors to get legal redress because they can’t persuade customers to choose their products.
