I'm having a problem with cellar.nostr.wine. I paid the 18,888 to use nostr.wine, and then I loaded celler with 6000 sats to archive copies of my notes. I used the import tool to successfully import my past notes, and I configured cellar.nostr.wine as a public outbox relay in Amethyst so that it would receive a copy of my notes going forward. However, when I look at the relay details, I see a bunch of errors stating, "blocked: insufficient balance for pubkey". And everytime I post a new note, another error is generated. So it appears that my notes aren't being archived, and for some reason the relay thinks I don't have sufficient credit to store my notes even though my current positive balance for cellar is over 5500 sats. What can I do to resolve this so that my notes are archived?
