I wonder if solicitors who deal with wills ought to start advising people to have a friend, rather than a family member, be made responsible for your backup servers after your death.
It doesn't seem entirely fair to leave one's children or grandchildren to tackle the dilemma of what the hell to do with their progenitors' lewds.
