As far as Carney goes, he's an economist and a former banker, Governor of the Bank of Canada then the Bank of England. That scared me at first, until I read further into his ideas. He's an advocate for sustainability and climate action, and is the UN Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance. I didn't want to hear what others said about him though, I wanted to hear what HE had to say.
