I find this extremely sad. The idea of breaking apart papers and making a continuous whole of information is beautiful and one I share, but rather than imagining any part of the process of science being done differently, let alone the publication, we land at "papers but strap a chatbot on top." Maybe it would have been nice to have had a conversation with any of us working on tech like this, or in HCI or CSCW. Oh well, the transmitter never got back to me about pitching some writing to them
