When I see thin people cooking or eating food and it's stuff that would catch a fat person a LOT of heat it makes me so mad. I have had to learn so much stuff about balancing nutrition and carbs and protein and fats because I'm type 1 diabetic but also because I'm fat and well, most fat people understand this life. It is demanded of us that we apologetically demonstrate that we don't eat trash, we must strive for the Good Fatty trope.

And the maddening thing is that somehow I am the Bad Person because I'm fat and yet I make nutritionally well rounded meals???? I know more than these people who are purportedly healthier than me, simply because their body is smaller!
