Joe Biden’s op-ed in the Washington Post today. [wapo.st/4c9ertE] He wants an amendment taking away presidential immunity, putting 18-year term limits on justices, and a binding code of conduct. Shouldn’t need such an amendment if the justices weren’t so very corrupt—and if the Founders had only anticipated that maybe corrupt presidents and senators might create corrupt justices—but they are, so here we are.
