Sure but doesnt mean they dont still take enforcement action while its all up in the air or even continue to enforce despite the court's ruling. Or that some automated government system sends you a fine or audit notice that take days/months to mitigate. If I'm betting they get it the injunction paused and the appeals escalate to higher courts over the next year. The new administration may or may not want to touch this one. We've seen these agencies continue to operate outside of the law...especially the last 4 years. I'm not a big enough deal to fight it after the fact. I gotta thread the needle of bullshit delicately. Still...the question remains..How to fulfill the BOIR without undermining your OpSec?
