I really enjoy the simple but essentially accurate drawing in this video mixed with photos of fossils. With cambrian animals it's tempting and fun to get imaginative. But these simple drawing kind of represent the limit of what we really know.
Also they are the kind of drawings that make you want to try drawing these creatures yourself which is one of the best ways to understand them better regardless of the quality of your results.
