Hello Johns, Missed your post. So responding now. I think the main reason is that the mobile phone UI is 15 years old and it is time for a new user interface with AI. With phone/apps each App has its own login, workflow and other quirks that can be easily solved by single voice interface.
I actually have an idea for "Open" personal device that uses Bitcoin for payments, Nostr for identity, and AI for voice interaction...! :)
