Hmm, well let us know if you find out more. On the subject of oak wilt, if that is what you mean by oak decline, there are many folks around here that swear by stone ground cornmeal. One of the podcasts i listen to (Bob Webster) talks about it alot, and says it works. Also for foot fungus in human feet. Oak wilt is not prevalent in my area, so cant test it here.
