The default was previously 5x5 (5 columns, 5 rows) and now it's 4x5 (4 columns, 5 rows). There could potentially be options with more icons but this is what there is for now. Tablets are a separate thing. 4x5 was never meant to be shown as a choice on tablets, we just missed it when adding it.
