One and a half days ago this was a baby, too small to pick. I usually like them half this size, sliced and eaten raw or lightly sauteed. But I will find a use for it. Any (vegetarian) suggestions? It is not HUGE but larger than I'd normally pick them. (I do like a greek dish with olives that is eaten cold, but maybe I can try something else.)
