If I become the president, the first law I'd introduce would be something along the lines of "if one adult person or a group of adult people are doing something that does not pose a threat to anybody around them, and they are doing it by mutual consent, LET THEM THE FUCK ALONE."
There's no such thing as "victimless crime". If no one is even potentially harmed against their will, it should not be a crime.
