Good on them. Bing is a better search engine than Google nowadays, and most people only use Google out of habit or because they think it's still better than others.
Though ideally, people should be using DuckDuckGo or another search engine that respects their privacy a bit more than Google and Microsoft. DDG uses Bing anyway, so the results are of high quality.
