I Saw This Live, and It Changed My Thinking

I witnessed this conversation live in Madeira with @saylor, and it completely changed my perspective. Let’s recall it again, because this is still relevant today – and will remain so for the next decade.

The Bitcoin Gold Rush Has Begun

In January 2024, the Bitcoin Gold Rush started, and it will last until November 2034. By that time, 99% of all bitcoin will have been mined, with the remaining 1% to be gradually released over the next century.

Effectively, this means that by 2034, Bitcoin’s stock-to-flow ratio will be infinite.

The early days were chaotic:
❌ No bank could custody bitcoin
❌ Institutional investors couldn’t buy it
❌ Wall Street trading firms were left out

Then, the approval of spot ETFs set off a wildfire.

From that moment on, nothing else mattered:
✔️ Who gets elected president
✔️ Who leads the SEC
✔️ What politicians, bankers, or regulators think

The Bitcoin Gold Rush had officially begun!
