"content": "nostr:npub1f9al9an68ntfawx5ad8jy9jf3khcpu6k6hac3ynrp57nfqdudq3s2rqyju I'm gluten free. I limit sugar and alcohol. I need to take supplements for calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and Iron. I'm chronically low on vitamin B, especially B12, but I'm allergic/sensitive to synthetic vitamin B12 so I've had a hard time finding a supplement that works. (Buoy electrolytes is the only vitamin B that I can tolerate \u0026 that's because it doesn't contain B12.) I eat a LOT of salt so I had to find food that I can dump salt on \u0026 still find palatable. #POTS",
