What's really fun is when you're renting a commercial property and having your landlord pay the property taxes. But then you get a letter in the mail expecting you to inventory your own items in the building, like your furniture you bought and paid sales tax on, and pay them taxes on the items you own in the building you rent where property taxes are already being paid.
