She pays rent for her tiny (TINY!) little room and takes 100% of her “gate”.

I still tip because she’s great and I get a perfect cut every time but it is crazy that I tip a sole proprietor. I wouldn’t tip a plumber or my doctor. (She charges $50 and I tip 20%)
