Every time I've done this, it has been a real motherfucker
First seven miles: physically debilitating because you have to hit a time cutoff
Next three miles: spirit-destroying because you're basically going straight up a mountain and every step just fucking sucks
Final seven miles: all mental because you did the hard part but still have seven miles to go
