I'm seeing some trends on Youtuber influencers who seem to be parroting something maybe James Hoffmann said at one point...
(nb, I don't know if Hoff said it, but someone started this myth):
They're all claiming that conical burr grinders don't produce an ideal brew #coffee grind, but are great for espresso.
That's just not true.
One of the top three BREW grinders I've used in 2023 is the Lagom Mini, a conical burr grinder.
Sure, the other two were flat burrs (Wilfa Uniform, Vario-W+).
