I don't think is possible with out selling something related to the post (retail ads), linking it emotionally into a common cause (emotional sale), or having the dark incentive to extend the capture of attention from the reader (micro sales or ads). The optimal way is to ask for voluntarily donations, ideally frictionless sats donations through lightning .
