last time charkiw was hit was in the evenning of 29 January
The missile hit a 4-storey residential building in the Kyiv district.
Ukrainian authority say it was a "modified" russian S-300 missile.
Could also be a ukrainian misguided S-300.
Since then so far it was calm the last days here.
