if you just steal the OS and DE/WM code from neofetch, toss it in python and auth with netrc it's two hour project tops. if you wanna pipe neofetch it's 40min but neofetch isn't maintained now so that sucks. I don't do the emotes anyway so I don't care, idea came from seeing
nnn day 4 :archlinux: :gnome: (npub1uh7…26ua) bounce a lot between arch, nix, kde and gnome past weeks. I think there's soyware emote packs out there so you'd have to standardize for that too
