ordered chinese for lunch and it's the weirdest szechuan chicken I have ever seen: basically just breaded and fried chicken pieces, with a few red bell peppers strewn in for good measure.

at the same time they must have used some sort of other capsaicine spice on it, but the only way I notice it is because it's numbing my tongue. it's like eating a really spicy chili, except that it's missing the spicy part and goes straight to the numbing. weird.
