Dur to general public being lazy and cheap, they start "rationalizing" that Meta's servers are more stable, safer, and cheaper (although the users are the product). S eventually people will swarm towards Meta (or any of these corporates). The it will be what HTML+TCP is. Yes they are open protocols, but after these years who is practically ruling them? You can have a personal website, but people need to use Google/Bing... to find it.
