I decided to put Trump's sentencing date on my calendar since the court might actually get there per schedule, but I had to annotate it, since he has multiple criminal trials in the works, and if I do a look-back, I want to tell at a glance WHICH criminal trial this was the sentencing date for.
I still think the judge will go for no time served:
1. It's an option,
2. first offense (yes, yes, I know 🤣🤣🤣), AND
3. the very real probability of civil unrest.
By sentencing 2&3, bets off.
