Don't know who needs to hear this (ahem, Christchurch central) but stop making inner-city bakeries "fancy".
A bakery should be a simple, affordable place to buy lunch with predictable offerings like steak & cheese pies and ham sammies, not posh wank brioche fritatas or bacon and truffle quiche for $14 a piece.
