So, what I'm asking folks is, can you do the thing? Can you kill something (animal / fish / insect / plant) to feed yourself? Can you grow soybeans, rice, wheat, veggies, fruits, etc., yourself? If not, who does? What pesticides / fungicides / herbicides are used? There is no life without some sacrifice. And unless you grow your own food, you are paying a middleman to sell food that's grown by someone else (unless you do farm to table). And who is growing / harvesting that food? Migrant workers? The food chain is something most folks don't think about, but should. Seriously...
