It may be gone from your client but according vitor some relays don't actually delete it. Pressing delete is just a request to the relay to delete it and nothing more.

I can confirm I tested with a test relay and I searched the sql after requesting to delete and I found it still in the sql. I know the primal is sketchy and doesn't delete some things because they keep coming back.

It's the internet. Nothing is really ever deleted.
