Taking inventory in one of my apartment complexes because we recently had to evict a couple squatters.
One of the units only paid rent, didn't pay the water and sewer bill, so I went to see what was going on and to give them a late notice
Turns out the guy who was living there started illegally subletting to a bunch of illegals who don't speak English
I talked to down to them condescendingly in German while I used Google translate to leave them a note about emailing me explaining the situation.
In the meantime, I had my district manager trying to track down what happened to the tenant, and he just got back to me that the tenant was arrested this afternoon for trying to buy drugs from a cop
